Prior to joining MTA, Shaunna has served in multiple senior leadership positions where she has demonstrated a track record of adding significant value both as a transactional and operational leader. Throughout her career, Shaunna has served in the capacity of a Chief Operating Officer, Strategy and M&A Senior Vice President, and Global Business Development Leader where she also served as an Integration Leader following an acquisition in Brazil. Her efforts have generated tremendous value, which include the addition of $4 billion in cash, $700 million in pre-tax gains, $1 billion in accretive acquisition revenue, an 80% increase in revenue and 15% increase in operating profit.
Throughout her career, Shaunna has completed over $20 billion in transactions which include acquisitions, joint ventures, minority equity investments, technology licensing & supply agreements and divestitures across 6 continents primarily in the software and automation segments. Additionally, she has led strategic planning and corporate development activities for 5 public and private companies in various industries and states of transition ranging from pre-revenue to over $190+ billion in sales.
She is recognized as a valued contributor and role model having received numerous awards and distinctions such as the GE Business Development Performance Excellence Award, Robert W. Baird Community Leadership Award, Rockwell Automation Superior Leader Award and Rockwell Automation Mentoring Champion. She also serves as a Strategic Advisor to a SaaS based industrial software company and Mentor to start-up organizations. Shaunna spends her free time volunteering for numerous causes which support the economically disadvantaged and special needs community of Las Vegas. She is happily married and a proud mother of two adult children and two Labrador retrievers.
