Olivia received a B.S. in Accounting from Duquesne University and later completed an MBA degree from the same institution. During her MBA, she worked as a graduate consultant, providing market research, enhancing social ESG pillars, formulating sustainable value propositions, and creating financial models for clients, including multinational steel corporations, leaders in off-site construction, and nonprofits.
